SP Emergency Egress Plan and Resolution 2020-12

Last Wednesday, July 15, the Summit County Council adopted Resolution 2020-12 which made amendments to the County Road map. The point between Woodland Place in Summit Park and W. Ponderosa Drive in Timberline is now an official Emergency Evacuation Route (it has always been an informal one.). I’ve attached a rough map to this message.

With this Resolution in place there is now a written Emergency Evacuation Plan for Summit Park and new parking restrictions to keep the egress clear. Attached is a copy of the plan, as well as 2 additional parcel view images.
