Well said! As a 30-year resident here in summit park and bike rider, I’ve have spoken up at a council meeting describing how for their own benefit, Basin Rec has degraded the quality of life in our community, while exploiting the “wilderness,” above Summit Park. A couple summers ago, some clown shot a moose with a pistol that had chased his dog. I knew that moose and would see her on my daily bike ride along the well road. Now our trail system is connected to others across the entire area. Again, thank you Basin Wreck. Most of the cars that I see are not even from Summit County. if I wanted to live in California, I’d live in California.
