The core purpose of the Committee is to help preserve the shared vision of privacy, wildlife, and views afforded by our healthy mature forest. Members of the committee are familiar with the challenges of building and living in steep topography and extreme weather, and are here to help you optimize your design and avoid common pitfalls while conforming to the CC&Rs in each plat.
