HOA

The Summit Park Home Owners Association encourages all residents of Summit Park to join and become an active part of our community by becoming a paying member.

An annual contribution of $50 to the HOA helps, among other things, sustain our newly upgraded community web page, maintains our Firewise program and helps offset the cost of reducing fuel sources that contribute to wildfires, and allows the HOA to organize and host its annual Dumpster Days. For those homeowners that are part of the HOA, we thank you for your financial and volunteer support. Without that support, Summit Park would not be the great place that it is.

Our monthly HOA meetings usually held at the Moose Cafe have been postponed due to the pandemic. We apologize that we aren't able to have in-person meetings at this time. We will resume regular meetings when it becomes safe for the public. Members can always ask us questions at summitparkutah@gmail.com
