Summit Park Fire Station
There has been rumors floating around our community that Park City Fire District will be decommissioning our neighborhood fire station and converting it into a warehouse. I have spoken to their administration about our concerns and I have been informed there are no plans to change the status of the fire station. Even though the FD does not respond directly out of this station, we still benefit, through insurance rate guidelines, from its proximity. If you have any questions regarding this or any other fire or safety concerns, please feel free to contact me.

Hello everyone,
It has been brought to my attention that the future and the possible decommission of our neighborhood fire station is back on the table. A request by the Fire Chief was sent out to supervisors asking their input on “what they would like done with the Summit Park fire station.” It has always been the intent of the HOA to encourage the PCFD to keep our fire station in a position of operational readiness. I encourage everyone to attend the upcoming Park City Fire Administrative Control Board meeting and, if given an opportunity, voice their opposition and recommendations. The meeting will take place Tuesday 6:30 at the FD head quarters, 736 Bitner road. All of the Control Boards meeting are scheduled on the first Tuesday of each month. Hope to see you there.
