HOA

The Summit Park Home Owners Association encourages all residents of Summit Park to join and become an active part of our community by becoming a paying member.

An annual dues contribution of $50 helps sustain our newly upgraded web page, maintains the annual dumpster days clean up costs and makes possible the Hazard Tree Program, which pays back money to homeowners offsetting the expense of tree removal.

For those homeowners which have been a part of the SPHA, we thank you for your financial and volunteer support. Without this, Summit Park would certainly not be the great place that it is.
