Fireworks Restrictions
Some people were concerned about not having signs placed regarding the use of Fireworks. Because our current CC&Rs do not explicitly indicate the ability to set these restrictions, we were unable to do so until Summit County past an emergency ordinance. Signs indicating a Fireworks Ban in Summit Park have been posted.
