Volunteer for SPHA Architectural Committee

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR SUMMIT PARK ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE

The Summit Park Architectural Committee is reorganizing and we’re in need of several  volunteers to join the committee. The Summit Park CC&Rs require that building plans undergo architectural review by the committee prior to submitting them to the County Building Department for approval and a building permit. The committee reviews plans according to compatibility with existing houses in the community and criteria in the CC&Rs. This is your chance to participate in the review and to help in developing our community. Digital plans are submitted to me, I review them and make comments, then email them to committee members for comments and approval or non-approval.  Occasionally a meeting may be necessary, but no regular meetings.  If you’re willing to serve on the committee or have questions please call or email.  Thanks.
